Customs

Customs can be ordered either by using the “contact” page and filling out the form, or by DMs on my Instagram and Twitter pages. 


Lost/Stolen Packages 

Once a package leaves my hands, I know just as much about it's whereabouts as you. In the case that you believe your package is lost/stolen, please fill out a missing package report with USPS directly. If your package is not found within two weeks of you filing that report with USPS, please then fill out an insurance reimbursement claim with USPS. I put insurance on all of my packages. Therefore, if your package is unable to be located, USPS will make the determination if a reimbursement is possible through their system. 

Accidents do happen and if, for some reason, your missing/lost package is due to a fault on my end, a refund from my store is possible. These are on a case by case basis, so please contact me for more information.
